Processing time
All orders are made to order. Production typically takes 1–6 business days, depending on the product and quantity, before your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US) orders: approximately 5–10 business days
- International orders: approximately 5–15 business days
Total time from order placement to delivery (including production) is typically 7–15 business days, though this can vary by product and destination. These are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude local holidays, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
International orders
For international orders, we may need to confirm your phone number before shipping. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout to avoid delays. Orders requiring verification that go unconfirmed for an extended period may be delayed or canceled.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
Order tracking
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping delays

Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first, as packages are sometimes delivered to a nearby address by mistake. If you still can't locate your package, contact us at info@survivalofthethiccest.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate.
